Click here to download the NCNM Emergency Response Plan Emergencies911 – Calls: If a situation is not under control, it is an emergency. All NCNM staff are authorized to call 911 for assistance in an emergency. When you call 911, you will be asked for your full name, your birth date, the facility address and a call back number. This is standard.
First AidMaps are posted at each location that indicates first aid kit locations. NCNM Academic BuildingEyewash Stations In the Academic building, emergency eyewash stations are located in all lab classrooms. Spill Clean Up Kit The biohazard waste storage closet is in room 306, as well as the spill clean up kit. This room is always unlocked and accessible. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) An automated external defibrillator (AED) is located in the second floor hallway of the Academic building, as well as the NCNM Clinic. For safety questions or concerns, please call 503.552.2014.F Bike RoomsNCNM offers students covered bike parking on campus in the two Academic building parking lots outdoors. There is also an indoor bike room that is available for a fee of $25 per term. Codes for the outside bike cages can be obtained through the Office of Student Services. LockersLockers are available through the Office of Student Services. Large lockers are issued to two students, and small lockers are issued to individual students. Report a TheftPlease report all thefts to the NCNM safety officer within 24 hours. Use the online reporting system. If you would prefer to report an incident in person, incident report forms are located on the first floor hallway, outside the Security Office (room 125) of the Academic building; they are also available at the community clinics and the NCNM Clinic. Theft of, malicious damage to, or misuse of college property, or of the property of any other person when such property is located on college-owned or college-controlled property, or regardless of location, is in the care, custody, or control of NCNM.
