Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office maintains all academic and clinical records for students. Its key functions include:

  • Registration

  • Transcripts

  • Records of grades

  • Records of clinical attendance

  • Class and clinical schedules

  • Academic calendar updates

  • Room usage / room rentals

The registrar's office is located in the NCNM Administration Building at 2828 SW Naito Pkwy, Portland OR, and is open Mon.–Fri. from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
