| I'm looking for someone who would like to share my space part-time (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) on SE 26th and Clinton. It is two rooms, a main room that is part office and part pharmacy, and a separate nice-sized treatment room. It is a great situation for a recent graduate or anyone who wants to walk into a situation without having to buy furniture or start their own pharmacy. It has a large naturopathic pharmacy (tinctures and supplements) and Chinese pharmacy (granules and tablets) available for use with your patients. In the past I've mostly had N.D.s or N.D., L.Ac.s in the office but it could work for a massage therapist as well. The two rooms are part of a larger space shared with a psychotherapist, with a shared waiting room and bathroom. This situation is probably best for someone who wants a warmer, more relaxed feel to their office. The office doesn't have a front-desk staff and has a warmer feel than many. I'm looking to rent it for $250/month.
