| The office is a beautiful space, off the back of the building, facing out on the garden. It has a private entrance, windows on three sides with lots of natural light. The office is a light green, with yellow accents, and has a great healing feeling to it. There is a kitchenette, including a microwave, refrigerator and toaster available for all practitioners to use in the basement. There is also a lovely garden with nice benches. This is also a great neighborhood to work in! Within walking distance there is Whole Foods, Dove Vivi (great pizza place), several cafes, lots of restaurants, cute little shops. I am looking for a responsible, neat, inspiring wellness practitioner to sublet my office on weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are available. The cost will be $100 per day of the week per month. (So Saturdays for the entire month cost $100 and Sundays for the entire month cost $100). There is also an annual fee of $50 to have membership at the wellness center (this is part of conditional use permit for the building). This is my primary place of work, and I need a subletter who will respect my desk and equipment. Subletter must also be neat, leaving the room as it was found. Subletter must pay rent on time. I will then call to have an initial meet-and-greet conversation - after that if it seems like a good match, we can set up a time for you to see the office and meet in person. The wellness center requires two sample sessions be given to current practitioners in order to determine if you would be a good fit and of the quality we expect for this center.
