| You will join our team of two highly skilled homeopathy focused naturopathic doctors, an integrative pediatrician, an internal medicine physician, a massage therapist, and weight loss coach. We have four office locations and are looking for a full-time ND to grow with us. You are: Confident Strong work ethic Desire to be successful Be coachable Team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Positive energy and outlook Provide remarkable patient care Be proficient in naturopathic modalities Experience - prefer minimum 2 years experience in practice We would like you to specialize in a specific area (ie. women's medicine, ADHD, Anxiety/depression, infertility, etc.) Our office has a full medicinary and offers both conventional and naturopathic labs. We are a well established practice with a solid reputation and plenty of potential for additional growth based in Charlotte, NC. You will generate the majority of your patients from networking, public speaking, writing, social media, and video, and will take on new patients that are beyond our current capacity. We provide a solid marketing platform and strategic plan to help you build a strong patient base. We are looking for a team member who wants to grow with us. There is an opportunity to become a partner in the practice after 3 years. We are currently an unlicensed State for NDs, but request that you possess an ND License for one of the licensable States.
