| Pathway to Wellness Healing Center and Birth Suite is looking for a new practitioner to join our team! Pathway to Wellness is a busy wellness center located in beautiful Cedar City, Utah. We have a diverse group of alternative healthcare practitioners in a busy and well-established practice. Our Massage Therapists, Chiropractor, Midwives, Herbalist, Foot Zone Therapist and Psy-Chi Practitioner cross-refer clients to each other on a regular basis, and our clientele appreciate being able to access multiple services in one location. These are the services you would receive for your $1500.00/ month sub-lease contract with the center: -Your own personal, secure office (approx. 250 sq. ft.) with sink, storage cabinets and lots of natural light -Open treatment room (used in the past for IV therapy, approx. 300 sq. ft.) with plenty of cabinet space for supplies -Private treatment room (approx. 300 sq. ft.) with sink and storage cabinets -Front desk staff for scheduling and some billing 9 am –5 pm, Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm Friday. -All office supplies and operational supplies, paper, fax machine, telephone. -Utilities (water, heat, electricity, internet) -Ample parking -Wheelchair access and handicapped accessible restrooms -Professional cleaning services -Laundry facilities and all laundering supplies. -Beautiful, landscaped grounds -Kitchen facility -A community of practitioners to network with and an ample existing client base to draw from. -An established business identity, with all marketing materials associated to the business, business cards, website, etc. -Online scheduling system accessible from anywhere.
