I have a couple of rooms open in my small holistic skin and bodycare clinic. Both rooms are fully furnished. Both have Massage tables. One room has full availabilty for $650 a month including free internet access and utilities. The other room is available for 3-5 days a week. Rent is $150 for one day a week. Three day minimum (Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays are available. Mondays & Wednesdays after 12pm(noon). Holistic focused skin & bodycare clinic. We are not new, but have just moved to NE Broadway and 15th.We are close to Peet's Coffee, Milo restaurant and the LLoyd Center. Common areas include a bathroom and waiting room. The clinic is on the top floor or a building. All rooms have windows and the space has air. Looking for professional therapists. I have been an esthetician and energyworker for over 12 years. I will be adding Ayurvedic services within the next year. 6 month lease or month to month available. No deposit if you can provide 3 good references.Looking for practitioners that can commit to atleast 3 days. This is a quiet, private and low drama space.
