A national, nonprofit patient advocacy organization located in Portland, Ore, is seeking a full time, professional, self-motivated and organized individual to serve as our Administrative Assistant. This individual will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of tasks in providing high-level administrative support for several departments with 50% of the time assisting the Human Resources department. Responsibilities also include answering incoming calls (approximately 25 calls per day). The ideal candidate will be an organized team player with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
Requirements include a Bachelors degree with a minimum of two + years of human resources administrative assistance experience, proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
