No private access – renter will be given front door key to upstairs residence.

Property has a large fenced backyard with a covered patio and a separate fenced garden plot that can be shared.
Current occupants are three adults that reside on the main floor. There are 3 cats and one dog – a black lab that LOVES people. We can discuss other pets, and hope you have a love of animals!
