Seeking a friendly and easygoing housemate who enjoys a cozy clean home and who doesn’t mind having a sweet dog as a second housemate. Walking distance to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park, and close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops along Division. An easy bus ride or quick drive to NCNM.
Available January through June; willing to negotiate a shorter term lease if needed. $750/month (includes utilities).
