NCNM Celebrates its Growth!
NCNM is taking a bold step into its future with the recent acquisition to expand our campus. We launched the school’s transformation on Halloween, 10/31/2008—the day of the NCNM annual board meeting.
Students, faculty and staff joined together inside the new Corbett Street building, the future site of NCNM’s new teaching clinic, to celebrate with President David Schleich and the NCNM board. Dr. Schleich and Board Director Mike Manes talked about the school’s history, the expansion and what it means to our students, our clinics and the school. Board Chair Nancy Garbett led the assembly in a powerful indigenous Peruvian blessing. The ceremony ended as sweet sage smoke and a crescendo of drums filled the air as we joined together in one heart to hold a vision of the future.
