Dr. Nicole Vasilevsky is adjunct faculty at NCNM, teaching courses in the Master of Science in Integrative Medicine Research program, teaching courses in Laboratory Methods, Research Design and Immunology Journal Club. She completed her undergraduate degree at Reed College with a BA in Biology. In 2009, she received her PhD in Cell Biology from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she studied cell signaling pathways in a cancer immunotherapy model.

Dr. Vasilevsky currently holds a full-time appointment at OHSU, where she works as a Scientific Data Curator with the eagle-i Consortium, a collaborative project whose goal is to design a searchable database that inventories scientific resources at nine participating institutions. Additionally, she sits on the advisory board for the Portland Community College Bioscience Technology department.
