Teaching is inherent in my practice as a nurse, Jin Shin practitioner and acupuncturist; it is one of the most significant roles in the care of my patients, 1979 to present.
In teaching acupuncture and Jin Shin principles of health care and lifestyle management, my goal is to present these ancient concepts in a manner which is simple to understand and integrate into professional and personal practice. From 1988 to present, I have taught children, adults, caregivers, family, support persons and health care professionals including nurses, physicians, licensed massage therapists, licensed acupuncturists, and acupuncture students. Classes have been held in private venues, medical clinics, hospitals and community colleges.
