Measurable Goals and Objectives of the Advancement Department

The Advancement Department is in year two of a five-year strategy. Prior to 2002, NCNM had been without an Advancement Department for some tine. In June 2002, the department organized itself contacted past donors to renew relationships, and created major donor campaigns, an annual fund mailer, and a successful special event, all to raise $244,542 in one year. The department is planning to hire more staff and continue to raise revenues from grants, alumni, major donors, and through special events and public relations campaigns. By 2007, the Advancement Department expects to have raised $2,025,642, which will position the College to begin aggressive fund raising for a capital campaign to re-build the campus and to build a permanent and substantial endowment.
