•  This positions is ½ time with Dr. Windstar on her Mentor shifts at the NCNM Clinic, assisting with coordination, scheduling and clinic shift education.
•  This position is ½ time General practice with time split between NCNM Clinic and community clinics.
•  Focus is on women’s health and gynecology procedures, including colposcopy.
•  Highly recommended that candidates complete a colposcopy seminar prior to the start date.
•  Weekly continuing education and community rotations.
•  Assist with Gynecology and/or CPD Lab classes at NCNM as needed

Integrative Medicine Residency associated with A Woman's Time, Portland, OR

•    One (1) Full-time, One-Year Position with possibility of extending into a second year
•    Start date: October 2010
•    Integrative medicine - preferential focus on women's health
•    Assist with student shifts at NCNM clinics 1/4 time
•    Applicants must have demonstrated some acumen and special interest in women's health, previous preceptoring with physicians who are strong in women's health, and/or clinic shifts where that experience was gained.
•    Knowledge of botanical and nutritional therapeutics is beneficial

•    Start date: September 2010   
•    20 Hrs per week of general family medicine at UB Health Center and/or satellite clinics, working with supervising physicians on student teaching shifts.
•    The remainder of the weekly hours is divided between clinical rotations and research work at the Integrative Medicine Center at Griffin Hospital, clinical rotations throughout medical specialties at Griffin Hospital, as well as research work at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center.
•    The resident will participate in rotations with medical specialists (inpatient and outpatient), as well as participate in clinical research projects.
•    Strong academic background, with teaching experience, and ability to work in diverse teams a requirement.

•    Start date: October 2010
•    Working as supervising physician on teaching shifts each term as well as working with other doctors on teaching shifts.
•    Assist with quarterly proficiency testing of students.
•    Participate in external rotations.
•    Opportunity for private shifts at NCNM Clinic
•    Organize and supervise Clinic Synthesis classes & weekly Grand Rounds
•    Completion of first-year residency from an accredited program is required.
