NCNM Clinic

The NCNM Clinic is a thriving center for health care. Our staff of attending physicians includes naturopathic, Chinese medicine, chiropractic and medical doctors, some with over 35 years of experience in health care.

First-year residents split their time between the NCNM Clinic and community clinics. You will assist and supervise student teaching shifts, supervise hydrotherapy shifts, and assist in academic CPD, GYN and other lab classes as needed.  There are also weekly continuing education meeting and opportunities for external rotations through the year.

Second-year and third-year residents work as the supervising physician on teaching shifts each term, as well as work with other doctors on teaching shifts. With increased flexibility in scheduling, this allows for private practice and more external rotations.

Integrative Women’s Health / Advanced Gynecology
First-Year Residency

Kimberly Windstar-Hamlin, ND
This position's focus is on women’s health and gynecology procedures, including colposcopy. It is ½ time with Dr. Windstar on her mentor shifts at the NCNM Clinic; assisting with coordination, scheduling and clinic shift education. The other ½ time is general practice with time split between the NCNM Clinic and community clinics.

NCNM Community Clinics

In conjunction with other agencies and as a member of the Coalition of Community Clinics, NCNM offers low-cost medical care delivered by naturopathic physicians and Chinese medicine practitioners at many sites around the Portland Metropolitan area. Each year our 14 community clinics handle approximately 17,500 patient visits.
 

NCNM Clinic Medicinary

The NCNM Clinic Medicinary offers a comprehensive selection of supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, tinctures and other products. These are available to the public and physicians, as well as our clinic patients, through walk-in service and mail order. As a medicinary serving the most established naturopathic college and clinic in the nation, our emphasis is on the highest quality products available. Products we carry must meet our standards for excellence in manufacturing and be organically sourced whenever possible.
Specialties and unique products include:
