Russell B. Marz, ND, MAcOM

Dr. Russell B. Marz received his naturopathic doctorate from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon in 1983. Upon graduating from medical school he completed a 10,000 mile bicycle tour around North America with a group of naturopathic physicians. During this time he appeared on radio and TV numerous times, giving over 120 lectures on nutrition and naturopathic medicine.

In 1985 he founded Omnivite Nutrition Inc., a company that manufactures unique nutritional formulas. He is the president and formulator of all of the companies nutritional formulas. He is a professor of nutrition at NCNM and is the author of a 600 page clinically oriented textbook in nutrition, Medical Nutrition from Marz. He has a master's degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. He has been in private practice since 1988 in Portland, OR. He is currently the medical director at theTabor Hill Clinic. Aside from his private practice and teaching, Dr. Marz is also a triathlete who ompetes regularly in races around the country. He is a two-time winner of the Mountain Man competition in Great Falls, Montana.
