Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) is an innovative clinical tool for the treatment of many chronic diseases. Dr. Travis Elliott will share his clinical experience using the modality. He will explain the basics of how it works, the physiologic actions of PEMF, and specific indications for its use.

Presenter Bio

Dr. Travis Elliott earned his Naturopathic Doctorate with an emphasis on classical homeopathy from NCNM.  He was selected for the prestigious NCNM Family Medicine Residency Program, and gained additional clinical training.  He also participated in the OHSU’s Integrative Medicine Program as part of a team consisting of a chiropractor, a medical doctor, a naturopathic doctor, and an acupuncturist who collaborated to solve medical problems. Dr. Elliott is also a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and has completed advanced studies in endocrinology and thyroid disease.

Dr. Elliott has a background in teaching high school science courses, where he cultivated a love of teaching, which enhanced his clinical supervisory skills, and garnered him the  “Making a Difference; Inspirational Award” from peers.
