"Behavior Change in Clinical Practice and Research"

Behavior change is often an integral part of treatment or a desired outcome in its own right. Watch this webinar and learn about courses offered through the NCNM's Helfgott Research Institute that address how to create and maintain meaningful behavior change for patients. Strategies for promoting adaptive, healthy behaviors and for reducing unhealthy, maladaptive behaviors will be discussed. These strategies will be based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, which is the science of human behavior. This webinar will also include a brief overview of single subject research designs, and how they may be utilized in the field of Integrative Medicine Research.
