Coming from Southeast Portland

• Start West on SE Powell Blvd./US-26 towards SE 50th Ave by turning left.
• SE Powell Blvd/US-26 becomes Ross Island Bridge/US-26.
• Ross Island Bridge/US-26 becomes US-26.
• Stay straight to go onto US-26/SW Corbett Ave.
• Turn slight left onto US-26/SW Kelly Ave.
• US-26/SW Kelly Ave. becomes US-26/SW Arthur St.
• Turn right onto SW 1st Ave.

Coming from Vancouver

From I-205:
• Take the I-205 ramp towards Salem.
• Merge onto I-205 South.
• Take the I-84 West/US-30 West exit, exit # 21B, towards Portland.
• Merge onto I-84 West/Us-30 West.

From I-5:
• Take I-5 South ramp toward Salem.
• Merge onto I-5 South.
• Take I-405 N. Ramp towards Beaverton US26/City Center.
• Merge onto I-405 North.
• Take the Fourth Avenue exit, exit # 1B.
• Turn right onto SW Lincoln St.
• Turn right onto SW 1st Ave.

Coming from Beaverton
• Get on US-26 East toward Portland.
• Merge onto Sunset Hwy./US-26 East.
• Sunset Hwy./US-26 East becomes US-26 East.
• Take the I-405 South ramp towards Dalles/Salem.
• Merge onto I-405 South.
• Take the US-26 East/6th Ave. exit, exit # 1C, towards the Ross Island Bridge.
• Merge onto SW Broadway.
• SW Broadway becomes SW 5th Ave./US-26 East.
• Turn left onto SW Sheridan St/US-26.
• Turn slight right onto SW 3rd Ave./US-26.
• Stay straight to go onto SW Arthur St./US-26.
• Turn left onto SW 1st Ave.

From the Downtown bus mall there are 5 buses to the First Ave clinic. The 17, 35, 36, 40, and 43 all go from Downtown to the clinic. They all stop across the street from the clinic and the stop is the last one in fairless square.

From the Pettygrove Clinic to the First Ave Clinic. From the Pettygrove clinic you can take the 17 to the First Ave clinic or you can take the 15 to the bus mall and then take one of the aboved mentioned buses to the First Ave clinic. Click on Tri-Met logo for trip planning.
