Divine Café was created in 2001, by Chef Owner, Rose Guardino. The original location at 1200 NE Broadway was developed in order to fill those areas void of delicious and nutritious vegan and vegetarian dishes. After two years of building a stellar reputation and gaining notice in the local press, we moved to SW 9th and Alder, to join the many food carts downtown. At this location, Divine Café expanded into catering lunches, dinners and cocktail parties. Neighboring offices and our numerous customers enjoyed our new catering service.
In 2006 we were chosen as the food service and catering company at NCNM. In our first year, we were well received and honored with the need for expansion. As we doubled in size, staff and sales, we began offering local Draper Valley chicken, Painted Hills beef, locally made tempeh, and all-natural Striebrs Farms eggs. Our menu meets the needs of our customers by providing gluten-free and dairy-free options.
